We respond to all quote requests within 24 hours. You'll hear from us at the email you provided with either a price estimate or a few quick follow-up questions to get an accurate quote.
We'll review your job details and get back to you with a price estimate. If you decide to move forward, we'll send you a booking link where you can lock in a time slot and pay securely via Stripe.
For confirmed bookings, cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, just contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we'll find a new slot at no extra charge.
No problem — just let us know. We can reschedule your appointment once everything is on-site and ready. If partial items are ready, we can often get started on those and book a follow-up for the rest.
Once we send you a quote, you'll receive a secure booking link. Click it to choose your date and pay via Stripe — all major cards accepted. Your appointment is confirmed as soon as payment goes through.
